I use to run an organic food buyers club. Every two weeks the truck would come with our co-op order and I would divide it up. This was one way we were able to raise our family on organic, nutritious foods. We would also get Amish cheese which is the most fabulous cheese source in the East. And whole organic milk with the cream on top. Almost like you milked the cow yourself :) OK...so my favorite childhood memories are going to a farm in Alabama that my Aunt owned. Co-Oping was the closest I could get to going out to the garden and picking it myself taste. On GMA they had some information about buyers club and sources. This is definitely a shopping option for us to explore again as we now have 7 grandchildren that raid the pantry. Here are my bookmark links from GMA.
